Position: Remote Medical Customer Service Rep.
Pay: $16/hr.
Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Paid Training!!!Equipment Provided – MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP FROM IRVING, TX
Start Date: EARLY OCTOBER
Schedule: 8am-8pm EST. Monday through Friday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours)
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
- Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs
- Follow company policies and procedures
MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP EQUIPMENT FROM IRVING, TX.
- Must have one year of RECENT call center experience
- Quiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
