Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Hotel and Multifamily Real Estate Development. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage the SVP’s daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, conference calls, and site visits.

• Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, proposals, and confidential documents.

Project & Development Support

• Assist with tracking project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables for active hotel and multifamily development and operational projects.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls; place outbound calls as needed based on department needs.

  • Provide accurate information to patients and/or healthcare providers.

  • Assist callers with program details and application status updates.

  • Follow a defined call script while delivering an effortless, high-quality customer experience.

  • Document interactions thoroughly and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps.

  • Multitask across multiple internal systems.
