START mid MAY 2024  $105K to 110K 

Travel territory position, visiting provider offices all around your territory 

A MUST : Expert level in Prior Authorizations for Specialty Drugs, Access and Reimbursement , Patient Access to drug therapies. Newly launched specialty drug (already launched). Some kind of field experience. 

Live in Austin or San Antonio TX areas  based out of your home , travel to provider offices around your territory . territory includes cities West 

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide on-demand education (in-person and virtual) for the doctor’s office staff in regard to Reimbursement challenges and support services that are available for these Specialty Drugs and Buy & Bill drugs.

Educate the provider’s office team:

  • Benefit Investigation / Prior Authorization Process for the specialty drugs.
  • Support Center Services (hub)
  • Medicare and Commercial coverage
  • Educate on the patient communication streams

Provide Reimbursement Support:

  • Drug Therapy Case management
  • Billing and coding updates
  • Appropriate claims submission
  • Specialty Pharmacy
  • Medical Benefit Interpretation
  • Understanding medical necessity
  • Claims / Appeal assistance
  • Information related to co-pay assistance programs
  • Information related to patient assistance programs

Responsible for managing your territory: making outbound calls to set up appointments to targeted offices.

  • In person and in virtual meetings and calls: Interface with physician’s Office Staff and MA’s and Drug Manufacturer Reps to obtain and provide patient and provider specific information.
  • Assist in completing backlog casework.
  • Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives in accordance with expectations.
  • Research and compile provider / manufacturer representative specific information for reimbursement database.
  • Travel Days are Tues, Wed, Thurs  (by car or flight). Arrange your own appointments within your territory. Emphasis is on live in-person office visitations. Usually Tu –  Thur with Mondays and Fridays your at home office days

Minimum Requirements

  • This is a good role for an FRM looking for stability
  • This is a good role for someone focused on Patient Access for drug therapies , someone who has worked their way up in PBM hub services, Specialty Pharmacy PA Coordinator or manager, RN’s. Great next step to build on your career.
  • I’m looking for candidates with some kind of field/territory experience because that is the whole point of a Field Reimbursement Manager. 
  • BA degree or RELATED EXPERIENCE (WE LIKE THE EXPERIENCE) 
  • 2+ years specialty drug related reimbursement experience, reimbursement advocacy
  • Medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication, physician’s office or clinics.
  • Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
  • Deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and relay status reports on a regular basis.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities within a changing environment.
  • Strong Computer literacy, including MS Teams, PowerPoint, Web Meeting experience

Accounting Clerk Duties will include:   (reporting to the head of Accounting)   Log samples received at the warehouse.    Review & sign off on daily receiving batches upon arrival from warehouse.  Audit the receiving log.   File and record all the daily receiving packets and transfer invoices.    Identify any discrepancies in items that broke upon delivery and the claims.  Record inventory adjustments.  Provide Bills of Lading as needed.  Coordinate with all the other departments:  warehouse, accounting, commercial operations, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide on-demand education (in-person and virtual) for the doctor’s office staff in regard to Reimbursement challenges and support services that are available for these Specialty Drugs and Buy & Bill drugs.

Educate the provider’s office team:

  • Benefit Investigation / Prior Authorization Process for the specialty drugs.
  • Support Center Services (hub)
  • Medicare and Commercial coverage

  • Travel Days are Tues, Wed, Thurs  (by car or flight). Arrange your own appointments within your territory. Emphasis is on live in-person office visitations. Usually Tu –  Thur with Mondays and Fridays your at home office days

Minimum Requirements

  • This is a good role for an FRM looking for stability
  • This is a good role for someone focused on Patient Access for drug therapies , someone who has worked their way up in PBM hub services, Specialty Pharmacy PA Coordinator or manager, RN’s. Great next step to build on your career.
  • I’m looking for candidates with some kind of field/territory experience because that is the whole point of a Field Reimbursement Manager. 
  • BA degree or RELATED EXPERIENCE (WE LIKE THE EXPERIENCE) 
  • 2+ years specialty drug related reimbursement experience, reimbursement advocacy
  • Medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication, physician’s office or clinics.
  • Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
  • Deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and relay status reports on a regular basis.

Summary:

Join our team as a Title Insurance Underwriter / Senior Underwriter and play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of title insurance policies for our real estate transactions. This position involves conducting thorough reviews of title documents, assessing risks, and issuing insurance policies that protect our clients and the firm.

Duties:

  • Review title documents, including deeds, surveys, and liens, to assess the legal ownership and status of properties.
  • Identify any issues or discrepancies that may affect the insurability of the title.
  • Evaluate the risk associated with insuring title to a property based on the findings of the title examination.
  • Determine the appropriate underwriting decisions, such as approving or denying insurance coverage.
  • Prepare and issue title insurance policies that accurately reflect the findings of the title examination and underwriting process.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
  • Communicate with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and address any concerns related to title insurance.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of title insurance documents
  • Maintain organized records of title examinations, underwriting decisions, and insurance policies for future reference and audit purposes.

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field a plus
  • Licensed in North and South Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of underwriting experience as a Title Insurance Underwriter or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of title insurance principles, including title examination and underwriting.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to title insurance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing title documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in title insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to distributors through phone calls, emails, faxes, and mail inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Handle shipping inquiries, marketing and compensation questions, order processing, product inquiries, product returns, and event and promotion issues.
  • Contact distributors who have placed chargebacks and work towards reconciling payment.
  • Assist with resignation refunds, enter sales tax certificates, and perform account research to answer commission questions.

Job Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs lease administration function to ensure real estate financial obligations are met and lease terms are in compliance
  • Draft lease documents (amendments, renewals, terminations), lease correspondence and notices to landlords
  • Ensure that productive landlord and subtenant relationships are maintained in accordance with the lease and sublease agreements
  • Review and analyze leases, amendments and other documents and provide recommendations to the Director-Real Estate and the Real Estate Managers to drive innovative solutions
  • Interpret and analyze lease language and offer advice to the field with regards to their rights and duties for maintenance
  • Repair or other affirmative obligations between Landlord and Tenant as well as offer expertise to all levels of staff within the company
  • Audit documents such as invoices, statements, amendments to leases and other correspondence from the landlord, as well as data from other sources, to determine whether charges assessed by the landlord under a tenant’s lease are accurate
  • Negotiate reductions in expenses and reconcile accounts with the property manager or landlord by stated lease timeframes while maintaining a healthy line of communication
  • Manage all Landlords and other Lease vendors in Costar database to ensure precise records
  • Prepare and process monthly rent charges and payment request information

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field
  • 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate, lease administration and/or paralegal experience
  • PeopleSoft and/or CoStar experience preferred (or comparable experience)
  • Highly proficient computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office package
  • Advanced understanding of complex real estate lease terminology
  • Ability to maintain excellent organization skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, think critically and demonstrate ownership of job tasks
  • Superior interpersonal skills, negotiating skills and problem solving ability
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff within the company
