Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end order flow process for business customers and internal business partners
- This position interacts with business accounts and multiple levels within the organization and must exhibit resolution-focused solutions to opportunities and challenges while meeting or exceeding department and organizational KPI’s
- Support Phone que for internal and external customers
- Email communication support for internal and external customers
- Process return/replacement orders
- Partner with Credit, I&C and DC to resolve challenges
- Assist with New Hire Training & Cross-training
- Audit for Data integrity
What we need from you:
- Knowledge of SAP
- Business 2 Business experience required
