Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for bringing in top talent to our Distribution Centers and ensuring a best in class candidate/hiring leader experience.
- Conduct scoping meetings, determine appropriate recruiting strategies, set expectations, manage consensus meetings and work closely with the hiring managers to ensure positions are filled quickly and efficiently.
- Source passive and active talent using internet sourcing, social media, professional events, and other nontraditional techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to develop candidate pipelines and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven and effective talent identification and assessment skills.
- Proven success working in dynamic environments with competing priorities.
- Attend and participate in networking activities outside of the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required or in lieu of the degree 4 years of experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking systems (ADP RM and/or Workday is a plus!)
- You build collaborative relationships across the organization and are a key influencer/trusted advisor in your role.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, drive for results, a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, excellent analytical and problem solving.??
- You enjoy working on numerous things at once and at a very quick pace.

We are seeking a highly professional executive admin to provide advanced administrative support associated with office operations. Will be involved with complex and confidential departmental information. Responsible for coordinating department workflow, coordinating intricate executive calendars and travel arrangements, notifying executive of issues that require immediate attention, anticipating the executive’s upcoming needs, drafting and distributing details of highly confidential information with discretion and cautionary judgement upon request, making basic commitments on the executive’s behalf when interfacing with internal and external contacts, and independently resolving simple conflicts with the executive’s best interests in mind.
- Complete work assignments autonomously by applying up-to-date expertise in subject area to generate creative solutions, ensure all procedures and policies are followed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve business problems, escalate issues or risks as appropriate, communicate progress and information.
- Draft presentations, handouts, reports/spreadsheets, graphics, status reports, resource management reports, and other deliverables with regular review from senior colleagues; write detailed correspondence (e.g., letters, reports, confidential documents) to staff, managers, and external members/providers.
- Assist the resolution of requests from department managers on an ad-hoc basis, anticipate and offer assistance for business needs (e.g., manager email requests) that require support.
- Receive, screen, and refer incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and visits to the appropriate staff member.
- Contribute to event coordination and execution. Integrate department data and document retention policies, input, compile, organize, validate, track, and maintain data integrity for standard databases; and format straightforward graphs, spreadsheets, and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma required; Bachelor Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership administrative support
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong time management ability

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Job type: Full Time/Contract
Key Responsibilities:
· Interface with a CRM-based software UI to update payment status
· · Make payments via web portal
· Make payments via automated payment processing phone system
· Make payments via conversation with Customer Service Reps at Carriers
· Keep track of workload and progress each day
Skills & Abilities:
· Pleasant, calm demeanor on the phones
· Ability to speak confidently
· Excellent command of the spoken English language
Education & Experience:
· High School Diploma or a minimum of three (3) years in a similar role
