In this position, you will work with Loan Officers to assist with various aspects of the loan process.
- Assist loan officers with loan submissions and document follow up
- Copying, scanning, and filing of loan documentation
- Assist with processing of applications, credit reports, disclosures, transcripts, etc.
- Develop marketing materials to promote services
- College degree required
- Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Experience with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prior customer service or mortgage banking experience is a plus
