Hiring for administrative support within a transportation company in Aurora, IL. At least one year of recent administrative experience required!

Hours: M-F Day shift
Salary: $20/hr.
Job Description
- Maintain DOT and other legally required records
- Perform administrative duties such as taking orders, preparing paperwork, preparing reports, maintaining files and records, preparing purchase orders, answering phones.
- Maintenance and distribution of route books, daily interface with drivers, assist with driver coverage of vacation and overflow freight.
- Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking.
Experience Required
- 1 plus years of recent Administrative Support required preferred in transportation environment.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Strong email and other written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and MS Excel.
