What you will be doing:

  • Update forecasting tools as needed to determine material requirements taking into consideration Sales projections, optimum order quantities, lead times, and plant warehouse capacities.

RemX is seeking an experienced Onsite Call Center Customer Service Agent. You will be responsible for B2B calls, making payments to insurance carriers on behalf of banks for escrow payments on mortgages. The payments will be made utilizing software to generate a payment and then applying that payment via carrier website, automated phone system, or through phone conversations with carrier customer service. 

  • Title: Onsite Call Center CSR
  • Location: Onsite (Knoxville, TN 37923)
  • Pay: $17 an hour
  • Start Date: 5/20/24-5/28/24
  • Shifts:  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

?Duties:? 

  • Utilize with a CRM-based software UI to update payment status 
  • Escalate issues to team leads
  • Make payments via web portal, make payments via automated payment processing phone system, make payments via conversation with CSR’s at carriers
  • Document workload and progress each day 

 Must Haves:

  • Must have 1 year of Call Center experience

Duties

  • Provide advance service to patients, providers and caregivers, regarding billing and coding support, prior authorization assistance, benefit verification
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Resolve requests in a timely manner and coordinate with internal and external service providers
  • Becomes knowledgeable regarding payer trends and reimbursement trends
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
