Educate the provider’s office team:

Minimum Requirements

  • This is a good role for an FRM looking for stability
  • I’m looking for candidates with field/territory experience because that is the whole point of a Field Reimbursement Manager. 
  • BA degree or RELATED EXPERIENCE (WE LIKE THE FRM EXPERIENCE) 
  • 4-5 years specialty drug related reimbursement experience, reimbursement advocacy
  • Medical reimbursement experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication, physician’s office or clinics.
  • Medicare and commercial insurance coverage experience.
  • Deliver and document benefit investigation outcomes and relay status reports on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years prior experience working in AR, Accounting, Finance, or similar function within Order to Cash
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working with large corporate ERP (JDE or SAP experience preferred)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables) & proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with reporting/analytic software preferred (Qlik, Alteryx, PowerBI)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills with ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of Order to Cash transaction lifecycle
  • General understanding of SOX audit requirements in a publicly traded company
