Job Opening: Warehouse Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk to work full time (40 hours M-F ) at a distribution company on 45th Ave and Lower Buckeye.    You are hired as a w-2 employee of RemX ; we pay weekly. 

Hours M-F  start at 7am, 7:30am, or 8am   Work 8 hrs + 30 min lunch. 

Salary: $20/HR       

Accounting Clerk Duties will include:   (reporting to the head of Accounting)   Log samples received at the warehouse.    Review & sign off on daily receiving batches upon arrival from warehouse.  Audit the receiving log.   File and record all the daily receiving packets and transfer invoices.    Identify any discrepancies in items that broke upon delivery and the claims.  Record inventory adjustments.  Provide Bills of Lading as needed.  Coordinate with all the other departments:  warehouse, accounting, commercial operations, and pricing.

Its a high energy environment.   You will be at a desk handing all the logs and receiving packets, looking and $, #’s, quantities, and comparing reports to invoices , claims and BOL’s.   You will also be talking and interacting with members of the team and departments all day long.  Must be the organized type with a good eye for detail! 

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED

• 2 years of office experience dealing with invoices, recording financial entries, purchase orders, bills of lading, inventory, or any accounting experience.  

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Accurate data-entry skills • 10 key by touch

• Sharp eye for detail   • Organized!
