We’re Hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to assist a busy team in downtown Omaha, NE! Qualified candidates must have a completed associates degree and at least 2 years longevity in a single call center role. This role has the ability to go HYBRID after successfully completing training and the probationary period.

Monday to Friday | Shifts available between 10am – 8pm
Starting pay is $19.00/hour plus bonus compensation

Job Responsibilities
- Answering inbound/multi-line phone calls
- Use computers to access and update data
- Assisting customer with inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of products and offerings
- Minimum education requirement - Completed associates degree
- Longevity in a previous customer service in a call center required
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic computer skills
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Able to work independently
