RemX Staffing is looking for friendly Customer Service Representatives for our client.
- Title: Customer Service Representative
- Employment Type: Contract, potential to go perm
- Location: Costa Mesa, CA | ONSITE
- Salary: $22/hr
- Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
- Training: Training is 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm) and then you’ll be taking phone calls!
Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members. You’ll answer questions relating to health insurance, benefits, site navigation, and password resets. This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution for customers.
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
- Conduct proactive research on assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
- Must have at least 1+ year of customer service experience
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
