Job Opening: Customer Accounts Rep/ Customer Service Rep Onsite

 RemX is hiring for three different departments within the same company

Pay:$21.00 

Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, GA 

CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE WITHIN 25 MILES OF ALPHARETTA, GA

Work Schedule:

• Dependent on Department (Open Availability required) 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm
• Overtime offered as needed
• Must be flexible, schedule may change with business needs

 Must have at least 2 years of Call Center experience 

Job stability 

Any experience in banking, finance, collections is a plus 

Job Duties:

• High Volume inbound/outbound calls
• Must have Bachelor degree 
• Process payments and payoffs
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned
• Adheres to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
• Effectively contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction scores (meet qualitative objectives)
• Ideal for those looking for an entry-level position in the general field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance
