Job Opening: Customer Service Rep. ONSITE

*Must live within 30 miles of Plantation, FL/ or Miramar, FL *

Location: Onsite 

Start: May 13

Pay: $17.00 non bilingual $18.00 bilingual 

Hours: Must be available to work between the hours of 7:00AM- 11:00PM and available on weekends

Title: Customer Service Representative 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Inbound calls only 
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues 
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests 
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance 

Requirements: 

• Prior customer service experience 
• High School diploma 
• Goal-driven and detail oriented
