What you will be doing:

• Answering high volume of inbound calls
• Assist customers with concerns
• Explain terms of warranties
• Guide the consumer to the dealer if needed
• Provide product documents to consumer if needed

What we need from you:

• Basic knowledge of HVAC installation and servicing
• Excellent listening skills
• SAP knowledge is preferred
