Job Opening: Customer Service Rep
Description
RemX is seeking a team of Customer Service Representatives responsible for inbound calls for a Healthcare Insurance Client in the Costa Mesa, CA area!
Responsibilities:
- Must be open to work shifts between 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM PST and able to work at least 1 weekend day
- Training is 2 weeks (1 Training, 1 Nesting) (Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30 PM) and then you’ll be taking phone calls
- Bilingual Spanish/English $23.00 an hour
- Assist callers with questions and navigations of health insurance, medical equipment or meal benefits
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues
22Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
- 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
- Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred!
