Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00
Location: Onsite > 5 miles from DFW Airport (Irving TX 75038)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Associate will be responsible for creating billing packets for our clients and ensuring they are submitted in a timely manner.
- The individual will have contact with clients daily and will respond to emails.
- Responsible for auditing their work and pulling reports to ensure no invoices are missed and accurate data is presented to the clients.
- Will support with data entry and billing out invoices to clients.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 2 plus years of recent Accounting experience in a similar role.
- He/she must be proactive in providing quality client service and can handle pressure and responsibility in a fast-paced environment, in a timely and affective manner.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Being proactive in providing quality client service is a must have good client service skill and handle dual task.
