RemX Staffing is now hiring for an Administrative Assistant – Indefinite contract role with the possibility of going permanent. Hybrid option after successful training! Entry level Administrative role in the HR department
Schedule – Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 4:30 (Hours may fluctuate)
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the office or a specific department
- Heavy filing and data entry.

Qualifications:
- High School or work equivalent experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong Administrative skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to shift priorities from project to project
