RemX is currently hiring for a Customer Service representative in the Costa Mesa, CA area!
Employment Type: Contract, potential to go perm
Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Salary: English $22/hr & Bilingual Spanish/English is $23/hr
Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST Monday – Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
Training: Training is 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM-4:30PM PST) and then you’ll be taking phone calls!
Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members. You’ll answer questions relating to health insurance, benefits, site navigation, and password resets.
This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide resolution for customers.
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
