Leading food distribution company is looking for a  Contract Coordinator. This position will provide technical pricing support for national, regional or local account customer, providing contract consistency and adherence to compliance standards. The goal   is to achieve 99.98% pricing accuracy to our customers.  

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Temp to hire

Location: Remote – Can live anywhere in the US

Schedule 8:00am-5:00pm (AZ) M-F

Salary: $19.50/HR       

Responsibilities:

• Review and implement vendor agreements to include interpreting the agreement for relevant content
• Agreements need to be retrieved directly by the NCA Contract Coordinator
• Provide pricing and contract management support to the Local Sales team, National Sales team, for assigned Local, Regional and National Account concepts.
• Troubleshooting price calculations and answering pricing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate Terms Listing and utilize the Terms list to manage workload and communications to ensure the timely receipt of vendor agreements
• Maintain accurate Customer Account Management Summary
• Update pricing on a timely basis to accurately reflect customer pricing
• Complete audit files for internal review process; complete any self audits relating to the audit process.
• Complete monthly Contract Information Report (CIR) reviews to ensure each assigned customer concept is reviewed monthly

Qualifications:

• Excel Test Required
• 1-3 years related work experience on contract management / Pricing
