What you will be doing:
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
- Completes customer service analytics reports.
- Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff and customers.
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
- Work closely with Repair Vendor(s) to improve the CSR agent response time to issues, reduce volume pending, and work with various Samsung teams resolve issues that out of Repair Vendor control.
- Drive the customer facing communication updates that need to occur to create customer communications that are vital to keep the customer updated on their device in the repair process.
- Schedule regular discussions with the SEA Operations team to drive improvements on repair-related tasks.
- Support daily vendor escalations to provide guidance and prompt resolution maintaining best in class service.
- Monitors daily customer service team output by maintaining CSR Utilization reporting.
What we need from you:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar position.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proficient standard office equipment skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong people skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
