Job Opening: Accounting Clerk II
Description
RemX is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk II to join the team in Cranberry Township, PA area!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Posts journal or voucher entries, reconciles accounts, and checks for accuracy
- Verifies, sorts, posts, and checks claims, bills, invoices, and vouchers
- Performs light clerical duties within an accounting function
- May type, match payments, check items on purchase orders, prepare bank deposits and perform other routine calculations with specific instructions
- Answers customer inquiries
- Creates and edits spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience
- Basic principles of A/P or A/R, and bank reconciliation functions
- Computer skills, specifically in spreadsheet applications (proficiency with Excel required)
- 10-key skills by touch or sight
- Good written communication skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to work positively and responsively with all
