Administrative Support – Agent Onboarding (Temporary)
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST (30-minute lunch)
- Location: Onsite Fremont, MI
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Duration: Temporary(Potential for hire)
Position Summary
This role supports the onboarding and administrative setup of external sales agents who wish to sell company products. The position is primarily focused on data entry, compliance, and administrative processing. Candidates will receive structured training and gradually take on more responsibilities as they develop proficiency in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with external agents during the onboarding process, including setting up billing and agent records in internal systems.
- Create and maintain accurate agent profiles while ensuring compliance with state regulations, company guidelines, and licensing requirements.
- Review background checks, appointment requests, and supporting documentation to confirm completeness and compliance.
- Send onboarding notices and follow-up communications to agents, including requests for missing or additional information.
- Perform detailed data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organized records to support compliance, reporting, and internal audits as needed.
