Job Opening: Insurance Account Representative (No License Required to Start)

Hybrid insurance sales role based in Warwick, RI (02886). Full-time, 40 hours per week. Training is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST and may require full in-office attendance. After training, assigned shifts fall between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EST with one rotational Saturday per month from 8:00 AM–5:30 PM EST. Role includes handling inbound sales calls, gathering customer information, generating quotes, binding policies, making occasional outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, explaining coverages clearly, cross-selling products, and navigating multiple systems. Compensation includes an hourly base salary plus uncapped incentives. Open to non-licensed candidates willing to obtain required Property & Casualty licenses; licensing reimbursements provided after successfully passing the course. Requires 1+ year of sales experience, ability to meet performance metrics, strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and a tech-savvy, coachable, goal-oriented mindset.
