Property and Casualty Licensed or Non-Licensed Agents – Warwick, RI
We are hiring motivated candidates to join a high-performing insurance sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoy helping customers find the right insurance solutions. You will primarily handle inbound sales calls, with occasional outbound calls to maximize opportunities.
Important: This role requires self-study for licensing and passing the exam with a 90%+ score within two attempts.
Compensation:
Base Pay: $20.70/hour (higher based on experience)
Uncapped incentive plan based on sales results
Additional 5% pay incentive for bilingual employees
Licensing:
Candidates with resident or non-resident licenses are welcome. Assistance is provided to obtain additional required state licenses.
Schedule:
Training onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST
Post-training shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm EST, with rotational Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales calls and promote insurance products
Educate customers on coverage options and generate quotes
Bind new policies and identify upsell opportunities
Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple systems
Qualifications:
1+ year sales experience
Proven ability to meet goals and performance metrics
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Eligibility for property & casualty licensing
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
