Job Opening: Account Associate
Description
Pay: $26/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Hybrid role with three in-office days per week. Training will be fully in-office for four to six weeks
Responsibilities include managing customer accounts through phone and email to ensure satisfaction. This role requires understanding logistics and dispatch issues, ensuring compliance with financial standards (SOX, GAAP, IFRS), and assisting with internal and external audits. You will report customer activity to sales, marketing, and accounting teams to support production scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting. Duties also include processing purchase orders in ERP systems, maintaining CRM/Salesforce records, resolving customer issues, managing sales orders, billing issues, credits, and proactively communicating order or delivery changes. The position requires collaboration with Account Managers, strong multitasking skills, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset
Skills include strong math, typing, spelling, and grammar abilities; logistics knowledge; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Gmail applications; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude. Familiarity with MS AX, SAP, SharePoint, and CRM systems preferred
Requirements include a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), 3–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, and account management experience
