We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to support a healthcare finance team in Valencia, CA. This role is responsible for invoice processing, check runs, vendor maintenance, compliance, and support of month-end and year-end close activities.
Job Details:
- Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Pay Rate: $29.43 – $42.26 per hour (DOE)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Valencia, CA 91355
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Manage weekly check runs, manual checks, and vendor payments
- Maintain vendor files and assist with new vendor setup
- Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
- Support month-end/year-end close, accruals, and reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing
Qualifications:
- Accounts Payable experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with managers, vendors, and leadership
- Healthcare or regulated environment experience preferred
