Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic | Temp-to-Hire

Knoxville, TN

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a well-established outpatient specialty clinic (Urology) in Knoxville, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering weekday hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Local travel to a nearby clinic may be required.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pay: $30–$42/hour (based on RN experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Perform patient intake, assessments, and basic triage
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits
• Document care accurately in the EMR
• Communicate test results and follow-up instructions
• Coordinate care with providers and clinical team
• Answer clinical calls and maintain a safe, organized clinic environment

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license
• Minimum 3 years RN experience (outpatient/clinic preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
