RemX is seeking an Onsite Customer Service Representative with experience in Pharma Care/Cold Chain.
Shift: M-F 11am-7:30pm. This may involve working some weekends periodically. environment.

- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The CSR will process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Perform administrative tasks for area or shift• Maintain filing systems and documents per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Interact with customers and employees, answering questions regarding shipment times, product cuts, loads not picked up by the carrier, and damage claims
- Coordinate processing of export orders in the AES system Using the WMS system, update area or shift metrics as needed
- Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed
- YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience working with warehouse management systems, order management systems and/or Manhattan
