Job Opening: Agency Support Rep

Length: At least until Q4/End of the Year – Potential for Hire
Location: | Fremont, MI 49413
Shift: 8:45am-5:30pm – 45 min lunch // 2-15 minute breaks *Must be flexible to stay later if they are on a call when the queue shuts down at 5:30pm
Training:
2-3 weeks of training until they get to the point where they feel comfortable
Side by side calls and assistance with learning the system
Manager(s) want to be sure they are confident and comfortable as the Agents know their stuff that are calling in
Pay Rate: $16/hr
Position Details:
- Answer phone calls from agents and back office staff
- Assist with a multitude of questions pertaining to policy, admin, claims, etc
- Assist with logging into the portal and entering in an application for the agent/customer calling in (2nd part of the job – will train up to this)
- Must be comfortable working in a call-center setting
- Must have thick skin, be confident in ability, and be able to de-escalate calls quickly
- Must be proficient within MS Office
- Insurance knowledge is a plus
