? Enter and process new orders and shipment details
? Track and trace shipments
? Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
? Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
? Ensure shipments are registered accurately and on time
• 2 plus years of related experience with an emphasis on importing and exporting goods.
• Operations/Administrative Logistics or Transportation background required
- Must be familiar and comfortable with Excel
- Must be able to multi-task and navigate through screens
- Used to an onsite call center environment
