Position Details
- Title: Bilingual Customer Service Agent
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour starting
- Training Start Dates: Tentatively July 27th or August 3rd
- Location: Sandy Springs, GA
- Must reside in the Atlanta metro area
- Fully onsite position
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues via phone, chat, and email
- Gather and document customer information accurately
- Educate customers to reduce repeat contacts
- Investigate and resolve complaints
- Follow company policies while delivering excellent customer service
- Meet weekly and monthly KPI expectations
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions
Required Experience & Skills
- Previous contact center/call center experience
- Bilingual communication skills (English / Spanish)
- Excellent phone presence and tone
- Quality assurance familiarity
- Active listening and empathy
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
