Job Opening: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Description
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour starting rate
Training Start Dates: Tentatively July 27 or August 3
Location: Sandy Springs, GA (Onsite Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Gather and verify customer information to accurately identify needs and provide effective solutions.
- Educate customers on products, services, and processes to help prevent future issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns through phone, email, and chat support.
- Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems.
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Balance customer satisfaction with company policies and business objectives.
- Make sound decisions that support both the customer and the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous call center or contact center experience required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience working within quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established procedures across multiple systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
