Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, and related hardware
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Provide professional and customer-focused service in residential settings
• Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with the team
• Operate tools, ladders, and equipment safely and effectively

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing and servicing residential garage doors
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and power tools on a daily basis
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
