Pay and Schedule

Training Pay: $20.19/hour

Shift Differentials After Training:

2nd Shift: Additional $3.02/hour
3rd Shift: Additional $5.29/hour

Training:

4 months onsite in Duluth, GA
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

After Training:

Remote position
8-hour shifts 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound calls and customer requests
Assist with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and reservations
Resolve cancellations, schedule changes, and travel issues
Maintain accurate reservation records
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals

What We’re Looking For

Customer service, travel, or call center experience preferred
Stable work history
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
High school diploma or equivalent

Background Investigation Requirement

This position would require successful completion of a background check, which will include the following:

Criminal and legal history review
Credit history review
Employment and education verification
