Part-Time | Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM ?? Contract-to-Hire

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Billing Specialist to join a growing team in Southgate, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices and billing documentation
• Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Audit records and run reports to ensure all billable transactions are captured
• Submit invoices through customer portals and email supporting documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing updates
• Assist with customer billing inquiries and special projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with accounting or financial software preferred
• Month end (2 days) may have to work later on Monday & Tuesday until 5:30
