Successful Healthcare company seeking motivated healthcare representatives experienced with working with medical insurance to support patients with their medication!

MUST LIVE NEAR IRVING, TX
Details:
- Pay – $19/hr. + Weekly Pay
- Full time hours
- M-F must be able to accept 8-hr. shift between 8a-9pm CT.
- Must be in commuting distance to Irving, TX to pick up equipment.
- Start Date: October 2026 | Mon–Fri, Any 8-Hour Shift Between 8 AM–9PM CST
Responsibilities:
- Manually review patient claims status – managing rejections, appeals, reimbursements … etc.
- Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures.
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers.
- Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies to obtain required documentation.
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Document all activities in the system for tracking and audits.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of RECENT, experience in medical benefits investigations (required)
- Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
