Hours of operation: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Candidates must be flexible to work any assigned 8-hour shift within the operating hours.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals by:
- Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Making outbound calls as needed
- Providing accurate information regarding programs, applications, and services
- Assisting patients and healthcare providers with application status updates
- Guiding callers through next steps and available resources
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
- Navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
? Qualifications

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience
- No exceptions
Required Skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with dual monitors and multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to meet and maintain established performance metrics (KPIs)
