Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
Candidates must be available to work any assigned 8-hour shift within the hours of operation.

?? What You’ll Do
As a Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and ensuring they receive timely assistance throughout the healthcare process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient cases from intake through resolution
- Assist patients with healthcare-related questions, coverage information, and program support
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and insurance carriers
- Conduct outbound outreach and handle inbound inquiries as needed
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Investigate issues, identify solutions, and facilitate timely resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes within internal systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance and confidentiality standards
- Navigate multiple systems and resources efficiently to support patient needs
? Qualifications
Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
Required
- At least 1 year of recent, verifiable experience in healthcare insurance, medical claims, case management, or a related healthcare field
- No exceptions
- Ability to complete the hiring process quickly
- Commitment to excellent attendance and performance
Preferred
- Previous call center experience
- Experience supporting patients, providers, or healthcare programs
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
- Experience working with healthcare insurance plans and reimbursement programs
