Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do
? Review and process medical claims with accuracy and efficiency
? Verify claim information against patient records and insurance coverage
? Research and resolve claim denials, discrepancies, and reimbursement issues
? Communicate professionally with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
? Handle inbound and outbound calls related to claims and billing inquiries
? Help ensure timely and accurate claim resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience

Qualifications: 1+ year of verifiable RECENT experience in Medical claims or healthcare insurance (NO EXCEPTIONS) Must be able to go through the hiring process quickly.
- No time off allowed for the first 90 days.
- Proven experience in medical claims processing or a similar role.
- Call center experience preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
- Proficiency with medical billing software and MS Office Suite.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
