Pay

• Starting pay: $21-$25/hour based on exp

Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the office.

Hybrid Schedule

• Monday-Wednesday: In Office
• Thursday-Friday: Work From Home

Training

• Paid 7-week training program
• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM MST
• Hybrid training schedule

What You’ll Do

• Contact customers who have already requested an insurance quote
• Generate quotes and help customers complete the buying process
• Educate customers on coverage options and policy benefits
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales goals

No cold calling. You’ll work with warm leads from customers who have already expressed interest.
