Description:
- Handling inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
- Verifying benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
- Assisting patients with enrollment and program qualification processes
- Educating patients on available insurance and financial assistance options
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent medical insurance experience required
- Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting performance expectation
