Requirements:

• Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate
• Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written skills
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• 1+ years of recent medical insurance experience required
• NO TIME OFF ALLOWED FIRST 90 DAYS.
• Must be able to accept a 8hr. shift between 8a-8pm M-F.
• Must be able to pick up equipment from Irving, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
• Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
• Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes
• Research and resolve insurance-related issues
• Accurately document patient interactions and account updates
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
• Maintain confidentiality while providing outstanding customer service.
