Position: Medical Benefits Specialist (REMOTE)| $17/hr. Weekly Pay & Benefits | Equipment Provided |Start Date: Early November 2026 | Mon–Fri, Any 8-Hour Shift Between 8 AM–9PM CST

OH, AR, FL, NV, KS, WEST VA,TN, GA, MO, LA, OK, MS, AL and TX***
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Perform outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients.
- Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures.
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers.
- Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies to obtain required documentation.
- Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Document all activities in the system for tracking and audits.
Qualifications but not limited to:
- 1+ year of RECENT, experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations (required)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
