Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $18.21/hour
Travel: None, except occasional meetings or required trainings

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Respite Program serving individuals experiencing homelessness. This role provides hands-on care and support within a facility-based environment, helping clients maintain their health, safety, and dignity while they work toward stability.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide CNA-level care and support to clients in the Respite Program
- Assist with activities of daily living and basic health monitoring
- Document client interactions, observations, and services provided
- Collaborate closely with Peer Support staff and program leadership
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Monitor client well-being and communicate concerns promptly
- Support daily program operations and unit flow
- Participate in required trainings and team meetings
- Active Kentucky CNA certification required
- Previous experience working with vulnerable, high-needs, or under served populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Comfortable working in a homeless services environment
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the full weekend schedule
