Screw Machine Set-Up & Repair Technician

A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Screw Machine Set-Up & Repair Technician to support production and maintenance of Davenport and other cam-driven screw machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete machine setups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Replace worn machine components and perform preventative maintenance.
• Support Davenport machine rebuilds and equipment upgrades.
• Optimize machine performance, quality, and uptime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain maintenance documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience setting up screw machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Davenport multi-spindle experience strongly preferred.
• Machine rebuild experience is a plus.
