Position: Healthcare Support Specialist (Remote)- $19/hr.
Weekly Pay & Benefits | Equipment Provided
Projected Start Date: November 2nd, 2026
Must be able to work any assigned 8 hours shift Mon–Fri, 8 AM–9PM CST
*Must be located in a one of the following approved US states*
OHIO, ARKANSAS, FLORIDA, NEVADA , KANSAS, WEST VIRGINIA,TENNESSEE, GEORGIA, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA and TEXAS*
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Perform outbound calls and may take some inbound calls assisting patients.
- Verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and patient benefits.
- Educate patients and providers on coverage, costs, and next steps.
- Assist with copay assistance and patient support programs.
- Navigate commercial and government insurance plans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing time-sensitive cases.
Qualifications but not limited to:
- 1+ year of RECENT, experience in medical or pharmacy benefits (Required)
- Proficient with Windows or Mac systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with schedule – prioritizes getting the job done
- Ability to remain calm and agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
