What you’ll do:

  • Handle high volume inbound calls.
  • Outbound calls if depending on department needs.
  • Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
  • Assist callers with information and status of their application
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
  • Must be able to multitask between several internal system programs

Job Requirements:

Must have: Must have 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Type of Hire: Direct Hire

Start Date: 10/20/2025

Non-Bilingual Pay Rate: $25/hour + uncapped variable compensation plan (average $2,000/mo but could be up to $7,000/mo for top performers)

  • Evening shifts ending at 8:00pm AZ time Monday-Friday and ending at 5:00pm AZ time on Saturdays.
  • There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation
  • Will work a 9-hour Monday shift with a 7-hour shift later in the week

Post-Training Location: Work from home (must be available to go onsite for occasional meetings/trainings)

Key Responsibilities:

• You will quote and sell insurance products: Engage with both new and current customers to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.

• Advise/consult prospective customers on what is the best coverage for them: Offer expert advice on appropriate insurance coverage and options, ensuring prospects receive the best possible guidance based on their circumstances.

• Use multiple systems to run reports and verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history.

• Explain coverage details and payment options to customers, ensuring they fully understand their policies.

• You may also conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads, identifying opportunities to convert them into satisfied customers.

• Assist existing customers with policy changes and other service needs when customer service is not available.

• Follow up on underwriting department requests to ensure compliance and improve policy retention.

• Attend sales meetings, seminars, and educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations, and maintain state licensing
