Customer Service Representative Role:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolutions to our members. This role will take inbound calls to assist people with scheduling regular meal deliveries Telecommunication based customer interaction to answer and resolve a variety of inquiries. This is high volume, customer service environment. You’ll need to be efficient, productive, and thorough dealing with our members over the phone.

Contract Position- potential to go longer 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide resolution for customers.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
• Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience.
• BILINGUAL SPANISH – REQUIRED 
• Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Health Care/Insurance environment.
• Social work, behavioral health, health promotion, and behavior change.
• Customer service experience.

Schedule:

Training is Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:30PM for the first week.

After, the schedule is an 8-hour shift between Monday to Sunday from second shift- 

Compensation:

Seeking Specimen Processors for overnight shifts in Elmwood Park, NJ. Position handles irreplaceable specimens and requires rigorous attention to detail; ability to interpret and analyze; and excellent oral and written skills. Must be able to work in deadline-driven environment that is a mix of self-directed, assigned tasks, and teamwork.

Monday-Friday, 11pm-8am (1 hour unpaid break) with rotating Saturdays Training Monday-Friday 11pm-8am for upwards of 90-120 days prior to being assigned to Saturday rotation (avg. once per month).Will be held at a very high standard due to handling irreplaceable specimens, working in small close-knit unit, and interaction with pathologists.
