Duties Include: registering patients into the hospital, taking Insurance information, taking co-pays, heavy data entry and answering phones. Must be able to work rotating weekends.

  • Travel as needed throughout the year (typically 4 – 5 times per year) to client events, trade shows, retail events, dealer meetings, representing both Threds and our clients with on-site merchandise displays and sales. These events are generally out of town and range from 2 – 6 days in length.
  • Assist as needed with any work related to getting ready for an event or restocking after an event 
  • Continually learn and grow in knowledge of our company software system (Shopworks) and become ever more efficient in the use of this system

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree not required, but will be considered in the hiring decision 
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast paced customer service environment is a plus 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
