Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Determine what raw materials we have on hand, compare to the customer orders and production schedule, and use excel to plan the raw material purchases.
  • Use QuickBooks to purchase all raw materials needed for the orders and ensure pricing, etc is as expected.  Ensure the supplier POs were accepted by the supplier and accurate.
  • Add raw material dates to production schedule based on promised dates from supplier.
  • Accept the customer PO and fill out the acceptance form (email orders to GreenLeaf employees as an alert).
  • Convert the customer order into Sales Orders and Packing Slips in QuickBooks and place them in the shipping and receiving office.
  • Ensure the customer order goes out as planned and the customer received an Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) when the order is shipped.
  • Use QuickBooks to invoice the customer immediately after the ASN was sent.
  • Generate “normal” purchase orders for other requested items such as office supplies, production tool repairs, manufacturing suppliers, etc.
  • Enter Scrap counts (provided from production) into Quickbooks to keep inventory correct.
  • Assist Operations with conversion from QuickBooks to Odoo, so experience with both systems would be helpful but not required.
  • Collect and distribute general mail each day.
  • Add new customers, suppliers, and products into the data base.

  • Required to answer a High volume of calls on a daily basis while maintaining ROI accuracy.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA & HITECH Guidelines, State and Federal laws, and company Policy and Procedures is preferred.

The primary responsibility is to assist the caller or requester with release of information regarding continuity of care and questions regarding health information.

These duties are associated with the responsibility to protect the medical record from improper release. The specialist is expected to release the record to the requestor after validation of a proper authority. 

Preference may be given to individuals possessing an Associate’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.

Currently seeking an ER Registration Clerk with schedule flexibility! This position pays $11.50-13/hr depending on medical administrative experience, plus $1.25 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL after 3pm (must work at least 5hrs past 3pm to receive the shift diff)

Duties Include: registering patients into the hospital, taking Insurance information, taking co-pays, heavy data entry and answering phones.

  • Carries out process as outlined in the company coordination of Credentials polices and procedure manual
  • Establish working relationships with internal and external personnel to facilitate all aspects of facility application processes as it relates to receiving to privileges or approvals to work at a facility and maintaining the privileges
  • Collaborate with clinicians and/or other internal/external resources if/when  new state license is needed for clinician(s)
  • Coordination, receipt, and data entry of clinician information via standardized processes in the credentials software system for purpose of ensuring clinician information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ensures current documentation is on file for all contracted clinicians and all pertinent documentation is forwarded to appropriate privileging and non-privileging facilities for initial privileges/ approvals and reappointments
  • Facilitates and tracks the entire facility application and reappointment process and documents accordingly 
  • Initiates and ensures malpractice coverage for clinicians
  • Participates in an integrated work team as responsible team member
  • Follows the norms and guidelines established by the team for communication, production, efficiency, conflict resolution, decision-making  , problem-solving, and interpersonal relations

Requirements:

  • Two (2 years) of college(specifically business courses)
  • 1-3 years experience in a medical staff office or credentials position 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills 
  • Good computer skills( word processing, spreadsheet, database management)
  • Ability to attend to detail
